7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the items that were discussed:

7:30 pm – Meeting was called to order

Introduction of Officers:  Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke(absent)- Secretary, Roger Carfangia- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Black Powder, Tom Horstman- Trap.

Treasurer’s Report: Chris read the report.

Bills and Communications:  Still using up credit from Central Electric so no bill from them.       

Pop: Steve turned in $9.

Rental Committee Report:  July 23rd.

Pistol Team:  Rodger said they had 23 shooters.  He took in $460, paid out $100, targets were $17, NRA registration ?, net of $149, and turned in $104 to the club.   So far there are 4 teams in their summer league that is 12 weeks long.  The pistol team gathers on Thursdays at 5 pm to shoot 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team:  Jim reported practice nights on Tuesdays will begin on May 24th and will continue every other Tuesday.

Black Powder:  Nothing to report this month.   

Meat Shoot:  Mike took in $170, had expenses of $100, kept $20, and turned in $50.  The meat shoots are held on the 2nd Sunday of every month.  They start at 11 am and are open to members and the public. 

Junior Rifle Team:  Mike Ripley is no longer running the Junior Rifle team.  Anyone that is interested in taking over please contact Mike or a board of directors.    

Archery: 

Fun Indoor Shoot:  The fun shoots have come to an end and will continue in the upcoming fall.   

Membership:   Brian collected a total of $250, maintenance fund $25, general fund $225, and key cards $10.  New members for the year 2022 are 47.  The current membership is 460 senior life/charter members, 626 total club members.

Old Business:  Steve and volunteers have completed the cleaning closet reorganization project.                  

New Business:  There was mention of a member starting a .22 caliber shoot at the 100-yard rifle range.  Rodger was going to check into insurance.
